I have heard about Chitosan way back but have never tried it before. I had some issues with my weight and although it wasn't that bad I could see it can be a serious problem. A cousin suggested this product since she had already used it (successfully). I tried Chitosan and after a few days started to feel the results. I didn't change my diet much but I was feeling better despite it. I used Chitosan after asking my doctor about it because I didn't want o do anything on my own. I was told it is a great product that will only help me. It was just as they said it will be. I took it before meals and after a few days I felt much better. After using one pack of the product, I lost 8 pounds which is all I needed to lose. Definitely a product everyone should try.

I brought this chitosan diet tablets as the price was pretty decent considering nearly all of the other web sites are only selling one hundred tablets for the same or higher retail price as this one which is 200 tablets which is double. I have only been testing the chitosan diet for a couple of weeks and already I have started to notice that my clothes are looser and they certainly help stop my craving for eating between meals! I would most definitely will recommend this to my whole family and my close friends and will be ordering more when my supply has finished in a weeks time
