Suggested Use:
For a
creamy, delicious shake, add one packet to 16 oz. of ice cold
water or skim milk* and 3-4 ice cubes. Thoroughly mix in blender
on high speed for 45 seconds. Use 2-3 servings daily or as
directed by a physician, licensed nutritionist or certified
trainer.
*16 oz. of skim milk adds 180 calories, 24 g of
carbohydrates, 16 g of protein and 0 g of fat.
