This is a great product. Not only does it work but it also tastes great. My cholesterol has lowered since i have begun using the product with my exercise regime. Recommended.

This is the supplement I use after working out. I had been working out for sometime but I wasn't putting on any mass like I had hoped. After a little research I found it was necessary to add something to my diet in order to gain mass. I tried drinks and pills but they upset my stomach. These bars are good because they sit well after I eat them. They also help me avoid eating a ton of food after working out. Instead of binging because I’m so hungry after a workout now I just have a bar and eat a reasonable amount of food later.
