Recommended Use: For a great tasting protein shake, mix two scoops of Just-Whey in 5-6 ounce of cold water, non-fat milk or other beverage and mix vigorously. For Building Lean Mass: Take 2.5 - 2.8g of protein per day per kilo of lean body mass. For faster results consume 25-50% of daily protein from Just-Whey. Body weight - (body weight x % body fat) = 1 kilogram = 2.2 pounds. (Refer to chart for recommended serving size). For Weight Management: Total protein intake should be 1.5-2g of protein per day/per kilo of lean body mass (LBM). For efficient weight loss, approximately 50% of your daily protein intake should be from Just-Whey.
