Best ways to use IOVATE - VIVA BODY 80
CAPLETS :
As a dietary supplement, take 2 caplets with an 8
oz. glass of water and with food within one hour after you wake
up in the morning. Do not exceed 3 caplets in a 24-hour period,
and do not take within 12 hours of bedtime. To assess individual
tolerance, follow the chart.
Consume ten 8 oz. glasses of
water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow
directions. For best results, use VivaBody with a
calorie-reduced diet and a regular exercise program.
Day 1
to Day 7 - 1 caplet daily.
Day 8 & beyond - 2 caplets
daily.
