Directions
Take 2 softgel capsules with an 8 oz. glass of water 2 times daily before lunch and dinner. Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 4-hour period and/or 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. For best results, use Hoodia Sure in conjunction with a sensible diet and a regular exercise program. Do not snack after dinner. Consume ten 8oz. glasses of water per day.
