Directions:

Consume once per day, 60
minutes prior to exercise. Refer to the precise dosing chart on the bottle to
determine the correct serving. Take with 8-12 ounces of water.
Don't eat 30 minutes prior to, or after taking 5-Tetra. No loading or cycling
required. Note: 5-tetra may be consumed on "off"
training days; consume 60 minutes prior to breakfast.
