Directions
Training Days: Once your tolerance is established, mix 1-3 scoops with 5-18 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before and during training. Use approximately 5-6 oz of cold water per 1 scoop of powder. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Non-Training Days: Mix 1-3 scoops with 5-6 oz of cold water and consume on an empty stomach. Take 1-3 scoops of Jetfuse: Before and during training, Before doing sports, First thing in the morning instead of coffee, Before physical activity requiring energy, stamina, focus, intensity.
