Recommended Use: For optimal digestion, add the contents of one (1) packet to 16-20 fl. oz. of cold water or milk and mix thoroughly in a shaker or blender. Increase or decrease the amount of liquid to achieve desired consistency. Drink 2 shakes per day for best results.
