Suggested Use:
Take one scoop of Solid Mass with 10-12 oz of your favorite beverage 2 times daily, preferably 8 hours apart. For best results take one serving 30 minutes before your workout and one serving 30 minutes before your meal. On non workout days, just take one serving 30 minutes before a meal.
