I'm so happy I found Kre -Alkalyn! What a diference! This product allows you to absorb more creatiine without having all the embarassing problems. For a long time I avoided taking creatine because of the horrible side effects. I know that not everyone gets them but I got terrible stomach pains and the runs like crazy. -But that was before I foun Kre-alkalyn! I have been using it for over a 10 months now and I can honestly say I've noticed a difference in my ability to do more in my workout.
