Hydration
An endurance athlete’s #1 concern should be
hydration. Performance declines with as little as 2-3%
dehydration, not to mention the more serious overall health
risks beyond that level.

Carbohydrates
Running out of stored carbohydrate (bonking) is
the most limiting factor for endurance athletes. Most people
store about 1,600 calories worth of carbohydrate in their

The paper label on our
drink canisters can be easily peeled off and recycled. The
canisters are a #2 HDPE and can be recycled curb-side in most
municipalities. Although many of our competitors have similar
looking packaging, most use pressure-sensitive labeling
technology which makes the paper label virtually impossible to
peel off. As a result, their canisters will not be recycled.
