Cyclo Z-Mass is a nutrient-based ZMA formula with
beta-cyclodextrins that is designed to increase free
testosterone and strength without the negative effects of
prohormones.
Cyclo Z-Mass contains a combination
(ZMA) of zinc monomethionine aspartate, magnesium aspartate, and
vitamin B6. In a double-blind randomized study*, ZMA was tested
on NCAA football players over an 8-week period. There were
statistically significant increases in free testosterone levels,
IGF-1 levels and muscle strength compared to the placebo group.
No side effects were noted in the published research. In
addition, Cyclo Z-Mass provides beta-cyclodextrins.
Beta-cyclodextrins are a class of oligosaccarides that provide a
means of anchoring another chemical compound, or guest. The
guest molecule is essentially encapsulated, thereby protecting
it from a variety of potentially harmful substances or process.
According to research published in a journal article**,
beta-cyclodextrins stabilize androgen molecules, and reduce
their degradation.
Take 2 or 3 tablets on an empty
stomach 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Bite down on tablets and
swish the pieces around your mouth and under the tongue,
allowing them to completely dissolve. This allows for maximum
absorption and optimum utilization. Do not swallow like capsules
or chew like gum.
Do not take within 1 hour of food
or supplements containing calcium. Calcium may inhibit the
absorption of zinc and magnesium.
