This product is really good.I have only been using it for a week and so far, I say that it's working. I sometime feel sluggish and tire through out the day with no energy to work out. Once I started to take the product, I notice I had more energy without feeling that rush I used to get when I sometime take energy drinks. I also don't crave as much sugary food such as chocolate or candy which is really good because I always had a problem with this when come down to sticking to my diet.
