Rooibos 
(pronounced roy-boss) is a red tea indigenous to South Africa. 
Research has found Rooibos provides numerous health benefits 
including relief from insomnia, stomach cramps and constipation, 
as well as allergic symptoms such as hay fever and asthma. 
Rooibos is a caffeine-free tea recommended for individuals 
suffering from nervous tension, mild depression or hypertension.
