Symptoms and Treatment for Intestinal Worms
There are several types of intestinal worms that can live in your gastrointestinal tract, the most common being pinworm, hookworm and roundworm. Others include roundworm and the dreaded tapeworm that can grow up to 20 feet or more in your intestine, and they all tend to have similar symptoms. Among these are diarrhea, bad halitosis, nausea, abdominal pain, listlessness and a distended abdomen. You may also get dark rings under your eyes.
