This is something that I use almost everyday. It helps me a lot with the day to day activities that I have. I am a music major and the ability to be able to play for long periods of time is essential for what I do. The fact that this Active Herbal is natural and gives me all the energy I need to do what I love is great. The idea that I won't have to drink coffee in the mornings and live my life without have to worry about caffeine and other things is great. This is a really helpful product.
