I’ve been using stevia extract for a couple of years now, and I’ve come to see it as something of a miracle product. It’s a completely natural substance, it gives you all the sweetness you want, has no calories, and has zero impact on your blood sugar - incredible! I’m just amazed that people continue to use sugar and artificial sweeteners when a product like this is available. This particular brand (I‘ve also tried the NOW Foods and NuNaturals brands) is really great-tasting and completely free of bitterness or aftertaste (unless you really overdo it). All in all, highly recommended.
