I have been taking B-Complex vitamins now for years ever since I was introduced to body building and supplements that are needed and should be taken to get better results than just working out without anything. Don't get me wrong, I think that taking vitamins even if you don't workout all the time is a good thing as well. I would have to say that one of the most important vitamins to take, if you are going to take some, would be a B-Complex vitamin. The reason for this is because it plays a very important role in cell metabolism. When I came across this product I just fell in love with it because it is a high quality product and it is chewable. I just have to chew them to be assured I am getting everything that they are advertising with there product. They are not bad tasting either which makes it that much easier to take every day. Now that I have tried Solaray B-Complex Chewable vitamins I doubt highly that I will be taking any other b-complex vitamins from any other manufacture and I think that they are that good. I have recommended this product to all of my friends, the ones that workout and the ones that don't. I just explain to them the benefits of the product such as it will increase the rate of there metabolism, it will boost and enhance their nervous and immune system functions, and the biggest one of all is that is can reduce the risk of lethal forms of cancer (pancreatic cancer). Not to mention that it helps to maintain your healthy muscle as well as your skin tone. So I am very passionate about not only taking this product but telling everyone I know to take it so they will have a healthier live.
