Suggested Use
Each Serving Makes 12 oz. Replace two meals per day, usually breakfast and lunch, with Nutritionizer, then eat a well-balanced dinner.
For a Frosty Shake - Just place 2 level scoops (2 oz) into a blender with 12 oz of water and a little ice (or substitute Fruit Juice or Non-Fat Milk). Blend for a creamy delicious shake!
