Yogurt Powder (Natural) by Dowd & Rogers

Yogurt powder is naturally fermented with lactic acid bacteria. The water is then removed leaving a tart yogurt powder containing probiotics. Hormone Free Gluten Free Non-Fat contains no flavors sugars gums or carrageenan.

SUGGESTED USE

The powder can be used for smoothies in bars or rehydrated using 1 4 cup yogurt podwer with 1 1 2 cups of warm water. Mix with blender or whisk and add in 1 tsp guar gum as thickener if needed. Let stand 5-10 minutes add fruit or sweetener if desired.
