This product will help produce a good nights sleep. Melatonin
is used to regulate metabolite that is produced by the brain's
pineal gland and helps control sleep and jet lag. Each capsule
contains: Melatonin 3 mg Other ingredients: dicalcium
phosphate, gelatin. Directions: Take 1 capsule one to two
hours before bedtime. WARNING: Melatonin is non-toxic,
however, it should not be taken by adolescents, pregnant or
lactating women, persons taking cortisone or persons with kidney
disease.
