This is really a great product. I've taken a multivitamin all my life and haven't ever been inspired to review one before, but I had to tell someone about this one! I can actually feel a significant energy boost when I take an Adam Men's vitamin. I've suffered from chronic colds and sinus infections for almost a decade now but with Adam I've been healthy all 2010! They have a really powerful and unique list of ingredients, but I think the best feature is their "soft cap" form. So many multivitamins have good vitamins and minerals but their ingredients aren't absorbed into the body like they would be in food. The soft cap delivery of Adam provides for far better absorption and noticeably better health.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I've been taking these vitamins for the past month and I've definitely noticed a little more pep in my step. Tablets made me nauseous, I guess they were too strong. The softgels work better with my body for some reason. For anyone who's interested in a good, quality multivitamin, I'd definitely recommend he Adam Mens Multiple Vitamin. I'm getting older and I'm not as sharp as I used to be, so these vitamins definitely come in handy. They dissolve with no issues, there's no lingering after taste, like with many tabs and because they're softgels, they're easy to swallow. I'm sold. Month 1 has been very satisfactory!
