Ingredients: Organic Wild Rice (Non-GMO).

Preparation Instructions:

1.) Place 3 cups of water or stock into a pot on hight heat and bring to a boil.

2.) Stir in 1 cup of NOW Real Food® Organic Wild Rice.

3.) Cover with tight -fitting lid and place on low heat for 40-45 minutes.

4.) Unover and let it stand for 5 minutes.

5.) Fluff with fork and enjoy!
