Ingredients: Organic Farro (Non-GMO) (derived from wheat).

Preparation Instructions:

1) Place 1 cup NOW Real Food® Organic Farro and 2½ cups water in sauce pan on medium-high heat.

2) Allow for mixture to come to a boil then cover and place on low heat.

3) Cook Farro for 20-25 minutes or until the water has evaporated.

4) Allow Farro to cool for 5 minutes.

5) Fluff with fork and serve.
