Cocoa Butter for Moisture Retention

Cocoa butter is a fat derived from the cocoa bean. It is rich in Vitamins E and K, as well as minerals like iron, zinc, and copper. These nutrients work together to keep skin looking healthy and glowing. In addition to its nutritive properties, cocoa butter has been shown to be an effective moisturizer. A study published in the "Journal of Ethnic Foods" found that when used topically, cocoa butter was able to improve moisture levels in the skin and reduce transepidermal water loss.

Rhodiola Extract for Stress Relief
