Rose Hips are the fruit of the ever popular rose bush, which appear after the petals have fallen. Although all roses produce them, the most popular (and ones used here) are the wild species known as "Dog Rose." Rose Hips are small, hard, red berries with many seeds and a wonderful tart flavour. Rose Hip tea brews slowly to a bright red colour and makes a great tea hot or cold. Rose Hips also combine well with other herbs like Lemongrass in our Rose Hip Lemongrass tea. Enjoy! DIRECTIONS

To get the most medicinal benefit, use this method of brewing. It's known as the infusion method.

- Good water is an essential part of brewing great tea. Using spring or filtered water is recommended.
- Pour boiling water over the desired amount of herbs. Cover and let steep 10 to 20 minutes.
- When the tea has steeped long enough, strain off the herbs using a tea strainer or coffee filter.
- Relax while you enjoy your tea. Some of the most enjoyable aspects of tea are the calmness and ritual that surround it.
