We all know how important garlic is in the diet. It not only keeps colds away but it also is known to help with digestion. I have been taking this formula for quite some time, and my digestion process has never been better. It is an important addition to your daily intake and is affordable, in my opinion. You get 200 tablets, so I think it is the best I've come by. I heard about it through a friend of mine that studies chinese medicine, and she takes it! Kyolic also has a good reputation foro nly giving you the purist ingredients in your tablets. I recommend giving it a try!
