Ingredients:

Parsley leaf, Parsley root, Marshmallow root, and Uva-Ursi leaf.

Directions:

Using a tea ball or bag, pour 1 cup freshly boiled water over 2 tsp tea. Steep 3 to 5 minutes. Add honey or lemon to taste. Avoid aluminum containers. Keep in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy or when nursing unless recommended by your health care practitioner.
