    I've been trying to lose weight and of course being on my feet more and trying to exercise my legs and feet would just cramp up badly. I've been taking Magnesium & Potassium Asporotates for abou t two weeks or so, and the cramps are almost gone. And with more weight off I'm hoping the pains will just disappear with time. Great product is wonderful, especially while trying to lose a lot of weight. The pressure can be awful at times and this helps.
