maintains a healthy pH balance while delivering age-fighting

Tip: Why use a toner? Healthy 
skin has an acidic pH, which helps to prevent infection. After 
cleansing, the skin briefly becomes alkaline, but using a toner 
quickly balances the pH back to it beneficial acidic state. 
Alcohol based toners are too harsh for the skin. Apple cider 
vinegar is an effective soother and pH balancer.
