size dollop of cream ( about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ) into your
skin. Try your wrists, arms, thighs, tummy - whatever you like.
Do that twice a day for 21 days, then rest for the next seven,
and you're on your way to natural peri / menopausal balance. Or
