I have tried so many diet pills and products over the years it is easy to lose count. Some of them have made me lose weight but it is always temporary- I find I quickly put on all the weight back, if not more, after I stop taking them. So I was pretty skeptical of trying this product, but some friends recommended it so I figured- hey, why not? for 180 caps at $9 it is a lot cheaper than so many other diet pills. I have been taking this for about two months now and I have to say the results are promising. Without changing my diet or exercise routine I have lost some weight. I will definitely continue using this product, and I recommend you try it as well!
