In quite simple terms Ginkgo Optimem helps fine tune the brain. It has been used in trials for dementia and Alzheimer’s disease but the results have to date been deemed inconclusive. However they have been found to help with concentration and also to aid the memory. I have taken these tablets before and I have to say that in my experience I did find an improvement in concentration levels but that was after taking them for a period of time. Like anything I guess the effect varies from person to person but I personally would recommend continued use if you are looking to sharpen your mind!
