mg. Proprietary blend: organic rose hip, organic cinnamon bark,
organic ginger rhizome, safflower petal, organic clove flower
bud, licorice root dry aqueous extract.

Brew Well to be Well™
For maximum
benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz.
freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and
steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount
of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently
squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Drink
1-2 cups followed by 1 cup every 3 hours. To enhance benefits,
add honey, especially in dry climates.

Cautions
Cautions: Consult a health care provider
prior to use if you have gallstones, gallbladder or bile-duct
obstruction, hiatal hernia, or acid
reflux.
Contraindications: Do not use if you have known
allergies to plants of the Asteraceae (daisy) family such as
blessed thistle, calendula, chamomile, echinacea, safflower or
yarrow.
Pregnancy and lactation: Not to be used during
pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
