Ingredients: (HPUS): Arnica montana 30C

 

Directions 
Sublingual medication. Place tablets under tongue when mouth is 
in natural condition, 15 minutes before or half hour after 
eating, brushing teeth, or drinking anything but water. Adults: 
3 tablets 3 times a day. Children 2 to 12 years of age: Half 
adult dose. Children under 2: Consult a doctor. Store at room 
temperature out of direct sunlight.

product for pain for more than 10 days (adults) or 5 days
