Arnica Montana 30X(HPU.S.). 
Suggested Use for Arnica montana   
Sublingual medication. 
Place tablets under tongue when mouth is in natural condition, 
15 minutes before or half hour after eating, brushing teeth, or 
drinking anything but water. Adults: 3 tablets 3 times a day. 
Children 2 to 12 years of age: Half adult dose. Children under 
2: Consult a doctor.
