Restorative Toner 

Toning the skin is a moisture binding part 
of the beauty regimen that ties all the other facial steps 
together. It is a very important step that is often skipped and 
reduces the benefit of facial care. The Restorative Toner 
‘restores’ the skin to a normal pH balance and removes all 
residues from the surface. Wipe the face with a cotton pad 
soaked with Restorative Toner between every step, example: 
Cleanse, rinse and tone; Peel, rinse and tone; Scrub, rinse and 
tone; Mask, rinse and tone, etc. After the final tone a day or 
night cream is applied. Restorative Toner is a fresh Arctic 
seaweed and vitamin toner with extracts of calendula and 
elderflower. 

Restorative Toner: De-ionized Water, Extracts of Elderflower, 
Calendula, Orange Blossom, Horsetale and Bulgarian Chamomile, 
Aloe Vera Gel, Sodium PCA, Almond Glycerides, Panthenol 
(Pro-Vitamin B5), Sea Kelp, Algae Extract, Vegetable Glycerin, 
Sorbitol, Lecithin, Cucumber Extract, Vitamin E (Tocopherol), 
Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate), Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Palmitate), 
Chelated Trace Minerals, Essential Oils of Geranium, Ylang Ylang 
and Clary Sage.
