'Psyllium Husk is a great product which superbly helps the digestive system. It's a great way of getting more dietry fibre into your diet due to the fibre count within. It has no side affects and isn't an allergy to anyone as of known so far. It's found in the Middle East, which also makes it cheaper to get hold of. I recommend this strongly, as I've used it for the past 3 months and it even helps to fight off illnesses! Not only does it help the digestive system, but it's great for your heart (which is the primary reason to why I'm taking it). It also lowers cholesterol which again benefits everybody. This is a must buy!!!
