One tablet supplies genuine, certified active and biologically 
tested Bio-Formed GTF chromium complexes containing 200 mcg of 
organic trivalent chromium. All the chromium in this product is 
biologically formed (Bio-Formed) and organically bound 
(chelated) into live cultured brewer's yeast cells during the 
natural growth process of the yeast. The chromium is assimilated 
by the living yeast cells and thus formed in the same manner as 
the natural amounts of chromium that have always occurred
