Directions
1. Blend 2 scoops (makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix! 2. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300 degress F griddle. 3. Cook pancakes 1 - 1 1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning only once. 4-inch pancakes- (5-7 pancakes)- mix 4 scoops and 2/3 cup water, (12-14 pancakes)- mix 8 scoops and 1 1/3 cup water, (18-21 pancakes)- mix 12 scoops and 2 cups of water.
