Our unique effervescent blend completely dissolves in water with NO mixing for a tasty, easy-to-take drink! When taken as directed, Magnesium Fizz provides a 4-6 week supply of up to 700 mg per day of magnesium, along with several other essential vitamins and minerals, including B-vitamins, biotin, vitamin C, chromium, selenium, potassium, zinc and manganese.

Suggested Use
Take one (1) scoop, working up to two (2) scoops, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Dissolve in eight (8) or more ounces of water, hot or cold.
