Breathe Here Now™ with this organic essential oil blend to open and refresh the senses. The penetrating aroma of Eucalyptus, Hyssop, and Balsam Fir is comforting to the respiratory passages and helpful during times when health and wellness is a focus. Formulated for topical and massage blends, baths, spray mists, and diffusers.

INGREDIENTS

Eucalyptus radiata (Eucalyptus) Oil*, Cinnamomum camphora (Ravintsara) Oil*, Abies Balsamea (Balsam Fir) Oil*, Hyssopus officinalis var. decumbens (Hyssop) Oil*, Litsea cubeba (May Chang) Oil*.

*Certified Organic

DIRECTIONS

Topical: Add 2-3 drops to ½ tsp. carrier oil (Olive, Jojoba, Argan, etc.) and massage onto chest, back, neck, or soles of the feet.

Aromatherapy: Add 1-3 drops to a tissue, hold near nose and breathe deeply for 30 seconds.

Massage Oil: Add 12 drops to 1 oz carrier oil to create your own body massage oil.

Bath: Stir 5-10 drops into a full bath just before entering.

Spray Mist: Add 10 drops per every 1 oz of water in a spray bottle. Shake before each use.

Diffuser: Follow your diffuser directions.
