first off i have to say i'm overweight about 5'6 385 lbs, and i was on google and read about chitosan, after some research i order a bottle just to see if anything could be of some help, well let just say i've loss over 25lbs in the first couple of months, when i take the pills it allowed me to feel less hunger after meals. i've order another 2 bottles cause these guys have the best price so for. believe me it works,and i didn't have any after effects either
