Progesta-Care® Mist Energizing Citrus

DIRECTIONS: Use only as directed. Apply once or twice per day as needed. Dispense three(3) sprays onto your chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs – rotating area each time. Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of a month.

INGREDIENTS: Oleyl Alcohol (Plant-based), USP Progesterone, Natural Grain Alcohol, Sorbitan Oleate, Phenoxyethanol and Caprylyl Glycol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Oleo Europaea (Olive) Oil, Tocopherol, Citric Acid, Essential Oil, and Ascorbic Acid.

DISCUSSION: Three (3) sprays of the pump provide approximately 20 mg of natural progesterone USP. This progesterone spray is formulated to contain 1120 mg of progesterone per one fluid ounce.

I'm happy to say this was a good product for me to try, and was suggested by a friend who is an herbalist and also in perimenapause stages. Just three quick sprays twice a day helps to alleviate some of the symptoms, and without all the synthetic chemicals that are in many of the creams prescribed by physicians. Because it's a spray mist, it's absorbed faster into the skin than other natural creams or lotions. It has a nice texture and a citrus aroma that I think is uplifting. No problems so far - I'll definitely be reordering this product again.
