What is Phosphatidylcholine?

Phosphatidyl choline is a phospholipid with choline at its head - it is basically the same as lecithin, though the latter also contains other phospholipids. Phosphatidylcholine is vital to every cell in your body since it comprises a large proportion of the cell membrane - up to 90%, though reducing with age.
