100% Organic white tea leaves.

Suggested Use
For Hot Tea: Just before water comes to a full boil, pour water over the tea bag and brew for 3 to 5 minutes, or to desired strength. Add sweetener to desired taste.

For Iced Tea: Follow directions above, then slowly pour into a tall, ice-filled glass. Add a slice of orange or lemon.
