Flax Flour has been milled and partially defatted to unlock the many nutrients found in flax seed. Flax Flour is great in baking and can be substituted in place of wheat and even eggs. Try it in cakes, cookies, muffins, pancakes and more! Flax Flour can be eaten alone, sprinkled on cereal, yogurt or other foods and mixed in smoothies.


Use one half the amount of flax flower when substituting for wheat.

Use 1 tablespoon flax flower with retail zones of water to replace each egg in cookies, muffins and cakes.

Use 25% more used than the recipe calls for when using flax flower
