I feel the difference in my energy level when I take these vitamins. They are easy to swallow and I hate taking pills. They also smell very natural and fresh and I like that!! I would recommend this vitamin to anyone looking for a good multivitamin. It contains everything you could ever want in a vitamin and then some. Also "I've tried other mineral and vitamin supplements in my life, but was never really impressed with the physical results. Many years ago I came across Spectro, and gave it a try. Within several weeks, I noticed a distinct positive difference in my energy levels and my strength during workouts actually increased. You should remember to take supplements along with lots of clean (distilled or reverse osmosis) water. Add to that calcium and Magnesium because the amount of those supplements exceeds the capacity of Specto pills. All in all, this is a great product manufactured by a very good company."
