| Detox Clay Powder by Living Clay Detox Clay Powder is the premier clay for detoxing and deep cleansing. It is a calcium bentonite clay powder. It is used externally for detoxing baths, facials and full body wraps. DIRECTIONS Internal Use: Use only as directed. Mix 1 teaspoon of clay powder in 2 oz of water once daily. Store in a cool dry place. For Baths: Mix 1-2 cups (8-16 oz) of clay powder with 5 cups of water in a lidded container or blender, then add to bath. Mix the solution thoroughly to ensure that no lumps remain. Note: if a blender is used, immediately wash clay off of the metal to prevent rust. Topical Use: To prepare a clay mask mix 1 part clay to 3 parts water in a glass, ceramic, or food grade plastic container with a non-metal, air-tight lid. Cover and shake vigorously for about a minute or until all lumps are gone. Apply a thin layer of clay mask over the desired area and allow the mask to dry for 15-20 minutes. Remove the clay by rinsing with warm water. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation, redness or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult a licensed health care practitioner. |
